My name is Katarzyna Krzemińska . I am a student of Public Health at the Medical University of Warsaw (Poland). I’m preparing a master thesis titled "Selected elements of the sexuality of men with bipolar disorder ." For the purposes of my research I constructed a questionnaire about the sexual health of men . Completion of the survey will take only couple of minutes. It is completely anonymous and the information obtained will be used only for scientific purposes.
